All rates quoted for 2 people. Additional guests $25 per person, per night. Taxes are not included.

Up to two children under 12 stay for free. Four people maximum are permitted in rooms with two beds.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.

Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than 7 days prior to arrival. Group reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance to receive a refund on deposit.  Holiday Reservations are non-refundable.

No refunds on early check-outs or one-night reservations.

Minimum 5 nights apply in holiday periods: Presidents Week, Easter Week & Christmas/New Years through 3 Kings Holiday.

Other holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum.
